What you bring
- 10+ years’ experience in IT, with strong experience in energy trading or utilities
- Experience leading large IT support and delivery teams
- Good understanding of IT operations, ITIL, and software development
- Ability to balance stable operations with ongoing improvement and change
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment
