Technical Account Manager

As a Technical Account Manager at Arrakis, you will sit at the intersection of our quant team, engineering, and clients. You are responsible for ensuring client strategies and integrations operate flawlessly
, while also contributing to the broader quant workflow by understanding, evaluating, and optimizing their liquidity strategies.

This is not a sales-first role
. You will engage deeply with technical DeFi concepts, translate them into actionable client strategies, and ensure Arrakis s infrastructure delivers operational excellence for our partners.

• Bachelor s or Master s in CS, Engineering, Math, Finance, or related technical field.
• 2+ years in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer-facing quantitative finance roles.
• Deep understanding of DeFi concepts: AMMs, Uniswap v3/v4, LP strategies, impermanent loss, MEV, LVR.
• Hands-on experience with on-chain liquidity strategies or trading/market-making infrastructure.
• Web3 native, active DeFi user, keeps up with ecosystem trends.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.

• Worked at a DeFi protocol or market-making infrastructure project.
• Coding/scripting experience in Rust, Type Script, or Python.
• Background in quantitative trading, liquidity provisioning, or blockchain analytics.
