As a Software Engineer with an AI focus at Optiml, you will sit at the core of our product and data platform - where complex, messy real-world data is transformed into clear, decision-grade intelligence for real estate leaders.

You thrive at the intersection of software engineering, data systems, and applied AI. You’re excited by ambiguity and enjoy going from zero to one: shaping early product direction, designing robust data architectures, and shipping production-grade AI-powered features that customers rely on every day. You don’t just experiment with models; you build durable systems around them, with strong data foundations, evaluation loops and operational rigor.

Your mission is to help scale Optiml’s data and AI capabilities end-to-end: refining onboarding through smarter data ingestion, rolling out the next generation of our data scoring, and tackling hard problems like entity resolution, source tracking, and contextual understanding across structured and unstructured inputs. You’ll work closely with Product, Forward Deployed Engineers and the wider engineering team to turn customer pain points into elegant, automated solutions.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for an engineer who wants real impact. You’ll be trusted to make pragmatic technical decisions, move fast without cutting corners and raise the bar for how AI-driven products are built  you’re motivated by ownership, product thinking, and applying cutting-edge AI to meaningful real-world problems, this role offers the opportunity to shape both our technology and how the team scales.
