This role sits at the heart of that transformation. As a Senior Records Management Analyst, you will play a pivotal part in uplifting our information governance capability, ensuring our records — both physical and digital — are secure, compliant, accessible, and ready to support our digital future.

Reporting into the Head of Data Governance, you will work across compliance, risk, legal, IT, and business teams to modernise our record ‑ keeping practices, streamline processes, and enable better data ‑ driven decision making. You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing end ‑ to ‑ end lifecycle management of physical and digital records, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and business requirements.
  • Implementing and maintaining record management policies, retention schedules, and Records of Processing Activities (ROPA).
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance and digitise record ‑ keeping systems, tools, and processes to support Zurich’s broader digital transformation agenda.
  • Partnering with data, IT, risk, legal, and business stakeholders to enable strong governance and promote best ‑ practice record management.
  • Providing training, guidance, and support to business units to uplift compliance and drive a culture of high ‑ quality information handling.
  • Supporting audits, regulatory reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Zurich’s governance and technology strategy.

In order to be successful, you will have the following:

  • Experience in records management, information governance, or a related discipline within a regulated or compliance ‑ focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of retention schedules, ROPA, data inventories, and end ‑ to ‑ end lifecycle management across both physical and digital records.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and modern, cloud ‑ based record management solutions.
  • Experience partnering with cross ‑ functional teams, including IT, risk, legal, and data governance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem ‑ solving skills, with the ability to influence and uplift practices across the business.
