• Create and acquire any necessary data required for the workflow.
• Create tasks and decision points within the workflow.
• Provide the solution to each decision point, accompanied by a justification.

• At least 2–3 years of recent experience working at a top enterprise with established processes.
• Fluency in English (required).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Clear and precise communication.
• Proficiency with Customer Support software and tools.
• Professional experience with AI tools.
