We are working with a renowned Salesforce Partner who are looking for a Salesforce Solution Engineer who will play a key role in shaping technical solutions during the pre‑sales process and help translate business requirements into effective Salesforce implementations.
Responsibilities- Pre‑sales and client engagement - work with Sales and Senior colleagues to support discovery sessions, scope definition and proposal development.
- Build and deliver compelling demos and solutions tailored to client needs and requirements.
- Translate business challenges into Salesforce solutions with clear proposition values.
- Help lead Solution Architecture, data modelling and system design across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data, NPC etc.).
- Configure Salesforce using native tools.
- Guide clients on platform implementations and capabilities and provide hands‑on support during delivery, UAT and go‑live.
- 3+ years experience in Salesforce consulting ideally with experience of pre‑sales process, or working as a Solution Engineer.
- Knowledge of solution design principles and experience working on multi‑cloud projects.
- Salesforce Certifications required.
- Business fluent German and English.
