- Lead the design, implementation, and operation of middleware solutions for event streaming and API management
- Drive the adoption of an event-driven architecture across critical enterprise systems
- Design and build a new Apache Kafka platform from the ground up
- Ensure platform scalability, performance, monitoring, and operational stability
- Develop and maintain integrations using IBM web Methods and Java where required
- Collaborate with ICT teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable integration solutions
- Provide on-call support for platform operations and maintenance
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in event streaming and API management
- Strong practical experience with Apache Kafka (mandatory)
- Proven experience building and operating highly available, high-performance platforms
- Solid understanding of middleware and enterprise integration architectures
- Ability to drive technical initiatives in complex environments
- Experience with IBM web Methods and Java
- Familiarity with messaging systems (e.g., Solace)
