Responsible for planning, executing, and closing IT projects efficiently and effectively. Manage project teams, resources, budgets, timelines, and ensure that IT projects are align with organizational goals and objectives.##
** YOUR CHALLENGE
*** Manage Security Roadmap and ensure end-to-end delivery of IT Security projects (from feasibility through execution) within agreed scope, timeline, and budget
* Translate overall project objectives into actionable work packages and provide comprehensive project and resource management, including timeline, cost, and progress monitoring
* Ensure all deliverables comply with relevant security standards, regulations, and internal governance frameworks
* Guarantee quality and compliance of all project deliverables and provide timely and transparent progress reporting
* Align projects with the IT Security roadmap and ensure contribution to strategic objectives
* Work closely with Group CISO and team to set priorities and plan projects based on available budget
* Identify and engage key stakeholders, maintaining strong communication with Sponsors, STC members, and other relevant parties
* Collaborate with security functions to strengthen organisational resilience
* Facilitate effective communication and decision-making at all levels, including executive reporting
* Lead, inspire, and motivate project team members to achieve objectives
* Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
* Manage dependencies across multiple projects and coordinate at programme-level
* Ensure successful transition and handover of solutions to operational teams##
** YOUR PROFILE
*** Proven senior-level project management expertise (overall-/IT-PL), methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills, capable of independently assessing complex problems and developing effective solutions
* Excellent organizational and communication abilities, including stakeholder engagement and reporting at senior management level
* Structured, goal-oriented, and proactive working approach, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
* Ability to manage dependencies and prepare for project programme-level-coordination, demonstrating strategic thinking beyond individual projects
* Vendor and contract management experience, ensuring alignment with project objectives and compliance standards
* Leadership and motivation skills, fostering collaboration and high performance in cross-functional teams
* Higher education degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
* 10+ years of proven Project Management experience, ideally within Financial Services or IT Security environments, relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage
* Professional skills in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and MS Office Suite
* Business fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
