We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support two agile teams as part of a large-scale transformation program in Zurich. This position offers the chance to make an impact in a dynamic, international environment and collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders across business and IT.
- Coach and guide two agile teams in effectively applying Scrum and SAFe principles.
- Facilitate all agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and maintain transparency across teams.
- Manage inter-team dependencies and ensure alignment within the wider program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and manage expectations in a complex environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote agile best practices.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master in an agile setup.
- Technical background in software development.
- Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
- SAFe Scrum Master certification is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Azure Dev Ops.
- Proven experience in dependency management within large program structures.
- Comfortable engaging with demanding stakeholders and business users.
- Domain experience in reinsurance, finance, or reserving is a strong advantage.
