The Technical Project Manager will manage and coordinate projects and initiatives that support engineering teams responsible for Digital Workplace technology covering client operating system, Microsoft 365, collaboration, and voice- and mobile solutions. The role ensures timely delivery, stakeholder management, and quality across multiple technology domains.
YOUR CHALLENGE- You are familiar with the various digital workplace technologies to effectively support technical experts in creating documentation
- Plan, track, and report on projects and initiatives in the digital workplace area
- Ensure alignment with engineering teams and business stakeholders
- Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
- Act as a liaison between engineering teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare documentation, project plans, and status reports
- Ensure projects adhere to internal security, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, collaboration platforms (Cisco Webex and Call Manager, Voice Recording, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.), and endpoint management tools
- Skilled in planning, executing, and closing projects using Waterfall (preferred) and/or Agile methodologies
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in driving adoption and managing organizational change for digital workplace solutions
- Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues
- Capable of managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently
- Experience in third-party risk management tasks (outsourcing, responsible AI reviews, etc.)
- Skilled in managing third-party vendors and service providers for technology delivery
- Ability to analyse workflows and implement improvements to enhance productivity and collaboration
- Understanding of data protection, compliance requirements, and security best practices in digital environments in a regulated industry
- Strong skills in preparing clear status reports, and presenting to leadership
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications or equivalent professional experience is highly desirable
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
