MVP ready. Raising $2.5M pre‑seed round.
The Role- Own technology vision and build engineering team (2→10+ engineers)
- Architect scalable AI‑powered fintech platform
- Drive agentic AI strategy and financial intelligence systems
- Lead hiring, product direction, and technical strategy
- Shape fundraising and represent Finthos externally
True co‑founder ownership, not VP Eng.
Qualifications- 4+ years engineering, 3+ in leadership
- Built 0→1 products to scale (100K+ users or $10M+ revenue)
- Deep AI/ML expertise (LLMs, agents, RAG, fine‑tuning)
- Fintech / financial services / wealth management background
- Hired and scaled engineering teams
- Ideally based in Zurich or Zug
- Bonus:
Startup founder / early CTO, raised funding, domain expertise in wealth management
