Ein IT-Dienstleister in Luzern sucht eine/n Ingenieur/in zur Unterstützung von Geschäftsprozessen. Sie übernehmen die Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Fachbereichen und analysieren Geschäftsprozesse, um Verbesserungspotential zu identifizieren. Voraussetzung sind ein Hochschulabschluss und fundierte Kenntnisse in der Geschäftsprozessanalyse sowie im Requirements Engineering. Alternativ sind auch Erfahrungen im öffentlichen Sektor und Zertifikate, wie HERMES oder IREB, von Vorteil. Eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft sowie gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse werden erwartet.
