• Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with business and IT teams
• Support the phased rollout of a global digital underwriting solution across multiple countries
• Communicate product capabilities, roadmap updates, and rollout plans to local stakeholders
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze feedback from business users to support continuous product improvement
• Support country teams in embedding the solution into existing local processes
• Define training approaches and develop materials such as user guides, demo videos, and presentations
• Deliver training sessions and support change and adoption activities
• Create rollout communications and adoption materials for local markets
• Monitor usage and actively engage with country networks to drive adoption
• Support the documentation of adoption metrics and business benefits for key stakeholders

• 3–4 years of experience in change management within global transformation or software rollout initiatives
• Proven experience managing UAT for software solutions across multiple countries or business units
• Experience in commercial insurance or a related financial services environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage international stakeholders remotely
• Experience creating training and communication materials, including multimedia content
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
• High proficiency in standard business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, ACMP), project management or Agile certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Scrum) is a plus
• Exposure to AI-enabled solutions or technology-driven transformation projects is desirable
• Experience working in geographically dispersed, multicultural teams
