Ein Unternehmen in Zürich sucht einen Service Desk Mitarbeiter (1st Level Support), der für die Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen und Incidents verantwortlich ist. Die Kandidaten sollten fundierte Erfahrungen im IT-Support, insbesondere im 1st Level Support, mit sehr guten Kenntnissen in Microsoft 365 und Windows-Betriebssystemen mitbringen. Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Französisch sind erforderlich, gute Englisch- und Italienisch-Kenntnisse werden ebenfalls erwartet. Erfahrungen mit ITIL und ITSM-Tools sind von Vorteil.
