Team Overview
We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026. The team has three locations: the Audi Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany, considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe; the Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing;
and the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre, UK, currently in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

Role OverviewAs Formula 1 continues its journey towards greater sustainability, the ESG Manager (Environmental, Social and Governance) will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the team’s sustainability strategy. This role is key in aligning technical development and racing operations with global environmental standards, promoting social responsibility and ensuring robust governance practices across the entire team.
The role as IT Operations Specialist will be responsible for assisting employees with technical issues, inquiries and project delivery. This role ensures the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure and contributes significantly to user satisfaction. This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Responsibilities- Provide first-level support to end users (on-site and remote)
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain
ITsystems, peripherals, and mobile devices - Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT systems
- Manage cost capexcluded
IT projects, rollouts, and system migrations - Ensure compliance with IT Policies
- Document support cases in the ticketing system
- Provide Onboarding IT Support
- Collaborate withexterna companiestowork on projects andresolvecomplexissues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes
- Completed degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) inthe field of Computer Scienceoran apprenticeshipas a Computer Scientist with correspondingfurther education
- Minimum5years of professional IT experience in a highly technical, engineering‑ or R&D‑centric environment
- Projectmanagementeducation or IT Project management skills are highly desirable
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory,hardware and networking technologies
- Apple device experience will be appreciated
- Cloud, platformengineeringand IT security experience is beneficial
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Good English skills (spoken and written), German is nice to have
