We are looking for a Kubernetes Platform Engineer to support our Cloud Platform team in delivering and evolving our Kubernetes platform across cloud and on premise environments.
YOUR CHALLENGE- Design, implement, and maintain production‑grade Kubernetes platforms across hybrid environments (on‑prem and public cloud)
- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of Kubernetes clusters and associated services
- Collaborate closely with development teams to guide and support their adoption of cloud‑native technologies and CI/CD integration
- Drive automation of operational workflows including provisioning, patching, monitoring, logging, and incident response
- Act as Scrum Master for the team and partner closely with the Product Owner to manage and refine the backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical dependencies
- Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven hands‑on experience as a Kubernetes engineer or platform operator in enterprise‑scale environments
- Good understanding of agile development practices and Scrum/SAFe frameworks, prior experience as a Scrum Master is beneficial
- Strong technical proficiency with Kubernetes, including deep understanding of control plane components, networking (CNI), storage (CSI), service mesh concepts, and operators
- Demonstrable experience administering Kubernetes using either open‑source distributions or managed offerings such as AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) or VMware Tanzu – experience with either is a strong plus
- Solid scripting and automation skills using languages such as Bash

, and Go
, along with proficiency in configuration formats like YAML/JSON
; familiarity with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (e.g.,
Ansible
, Helm
, Crossplane
) - Experience with Kubernetes Operators / Crossplane Providers development in Golang is an advantage
- Holders of Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification are strongly preferred;
Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) is considered a significant advantage - Highly self‑motivated and proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership, a hands‑on mentality, and the ability to drive and manage change independently
- Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, with a proven ability to transfer knowledge effectively and support team success in dynamic environments
