E2E Test Lead

Start Date:

April 2026

Contract duration: 6 months with further possibility of extension

• E2E Testing Leadership:
  • Own and manage test planning, test execution, and defect management for the assigned pod
  • Ensure full coverage and traceability across SIT and UA
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams across multiple systems and integrations
• Project & Delivery Management
  • Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Report progress to program leadership and ensure readiness for test gates
• Stakeholder & Communication Management
• Business Analysis & Requirements Understanding
  • Review requirements, solution design, and process flows
  • Ensure clarity and completeness for test scenarios and end‑to‑end flows
• Ensure consistency and compliance with governance processes
• Navigate and understand a complex financial architecture with multiple upstream/downstream systems

• Strong Project Management capabilities (timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies)
• Skilled in SIT & UAT End‑to‑End testing
• Product knowledge of Payments / Fees & Taxes and/or batch processing cycles and reconciliation flows
• Ability to understand and operate within a complex architecture landscape
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Proven stakeholder management and clear communication skills
• Solid Business Analysis background
• English & German languages
