Ein führendes Technologieunternehmen mit Sitz in Zürich sucht einen Service Operation Desk Engineer (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Teams in der Abteilung MCS Mission Critical Systems. Zu den

Aufgaben gehören die Entgegennahme von Störungen, das Bearbeiten von Service-Anfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level Support sowie das proaktive Systemmonitoring. Ideale Bewerber:innen verfügen über eine technische Ausbildung im ICT-Bereich, haben Erfahrung im Support und sind kundenorientiert. Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich, während Englisch die Firmensprache ist.
