Senior Specialist in CRM & Marketing Automation

As a Senior Specialist in CRM & Marketing Automation
, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering customer‑centric transformation initiatives for leading financial services institutions. You will contribute to the development of our Customer Relationship & Data Management (CRDM) offering and support clients in designing and implementing modern CRM and marketing automation solutions.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will combine business expertise in insurance with technology understanding to translate business needs into scalable and impactful CRM solutions. In project engagements, you will contribute to solution design, support delivery teams, and help drive successful implementation across complex system landscapes.

Job Requirements
  • Several years of professional experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, or Customer Management transformation projects
  • Experience in roles such as Business Engineer, Business Analyst, or IT Project Manager
  • Strong insurance domain knowledge (e.g., products, marketing & sales, customer service)
  • Experience in solution design and translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Solid understanding of CRM implementations, including integration and cloud environments at a high level
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with client‑facing experience
  • Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2–C1)
Nice to have
  • Experience managing C‑level stakeholders
  • Insurance domain knowledge in claims
  • Experience as project lead
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of French (B1+)
Job Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and positioning of our CRM & Marketing Automation capabilities
  • Support the design and implementation of CRM and customer engagement solutions for insurance clients
  • Translate business requirements into solution designs and implementation concepts
  • Contribute to large‑scale transformation and digitalization initiatives
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across business, technology, and data
  • Support project delivery in roles such as business engineer, lead business analyst, or project manager
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and support client advisory in CRM‑related initiatives
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building within the team
