Flowable is building Flow Sphere
, an AI‑orchestrated, low‑touch Revenue Engine built entirely on the Flowable Agentic Case Platform. Flow Sphere is a production system that runs Flowable’s own demand generation and serves as a flagship case study of how Flowable combines orchestration, AI, and enterprise‑grade governance.

To scale Flow Sphere, we are hiring a GTM Engineer in Zürich who owns complex GTM automation end‑to‑end and help turn Flow Sphere into a durable internal capability and external proof point. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Rev Ops, and Product Engineering, with real ownership.

As a GTM Engineer, you will act as a system owner and builder.

• Design and implement AI‑powered GTM workflows on the Flowable Agentic Case Platform across the full revenue lifecycle: inbound lead processing, enrichment, qualification, routing, outreach orchestration, account intelligence, and opportunity support.
• Model GTM processes as cases, decisions, and signals, not static pipelines, with clear guardrails for human‑in‑the‑loop escalation.
• Build workflows on Flowable Cloud, orchestrating interactions across Salesforce, enrichment providers, marketing systems, and internal data sources.

• Work directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Field teams to understand how work happens, and redesign it to remove friction and manual effort.
• Partner with GTM Systems and Rev Ops on build‑vs‑buy decisions, extending Flowable where point tools fall short.
• Act as a technical counterpart for GTM leadership, translating strategy into executable systems.

• Implement controlled AI usage: enrichment, research, classification, summarization, and preparation, while explicitly avoiding autonomous behaviour in sensitive commercial contexts.
• Ensure explainability, auditability, and data quality across AI‑driven workflows.

• Define success metrics for every system you build (speed, quality, conversion, adoption).
• Use data to iterate continuously and improve pipeline creation and GTM efficiency.
• Share learnings internally and help position Flow Sphere as a reference architecture for customers.

We expect depth, judgment, and ownership.

• Multi-Year of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Systems, Rev Ops Engineering, or adjacent roles, with systems used in real production environments.
• Background in a B2B software company selling to technical and enterprise buyers, with a strong understanding of complex buying cycles.
• Proven ability to own systems end‑to‑end, from concept to rollout to iteration.

• Salesforce expertise, including data model design, system limitations, and integration patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with enrichment platforms, workflow automation, and signal‑based GTM triggers.
• Solid data fluency, comfortable validating data quality, querying datasets, and reasoning about funnel behaviour.
• Experience building APIs and integrations (REST, webhooks, event‑driven systems) when no‑code tooling is insufficient.
• Familiarity with product analytics and event pipelines and connecting behavioural signals to GTM workflows.

• A builder mindset: you structure ambiguous problems, propose architectures, ship incrementally, and iterate based on evidence.
• Comfortable operating with high autonomy and influencing across teams without formal authority.
• Strong judgment around where automation adds leverage and where humans must stay in the loop.

• You are building Flowable’s revenue engine.
• Your work directly shapes how Flowable proves its value to customers, partners, and the market.
