Internship position (full‑time preferred, part‑time possible by arrangement)

• Location:
  
  Zurich (Onsite)

• Support ERP automation projects from requirements analysis to go‑live
• Help analyse customer business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Assist in designing and configuring tailored solutions aligned with customer workflows
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve technical and process questions
• Prepare documentation, implementation materials, and customer insights
• Support customer communication and help ensure smooth project execution
• Collect customer feedback and help translate it into product and process improvements
• Work closely with sales and implementation teams to understand end‑to‑end customer journeys

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in:
  Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Interest in technology, AI, SaaS, or enterprise software
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
• Bonus (not required): first exposure to ERP systems, automation tools, or process modelling
