As our IT Sysadmin for Linux, you will play a key role in managing, securing, and optimizing a broad range of IT systems across the organization. As the team is small and we are a startup, you can make an impact in different areas.

This means you are a jack of all trades, comfortable with networking and distributed systems in Linux, dealing with storage, on‑prem and cloud technologies while maintaining a holistic and proactive security mindset. We are looking for someone who can ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of all systems and infrastructure supporting operations and who will interface directly with customers, ensuring strong communication.

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS and on‑premises
• Support and maintain Linux systems
• Administer and customize Atlassian Jira and Confluence, ensuring alignment with team workflows and integrations
• Collaborate in network infrastructure operations with switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, site connectivity, and basic SD‑WAN operations
• Design networks and allocate subnets for new facilities, including maintenance, monitoring, and incident resolution
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across systems, networks, cloud platforms, and applications

• Experience with Linux
• Hands‑on experience with configuration management tools (Ansible preferred) and Terraform & Proxmox (ideal)
• Experience with Ceph and/or Kubernetes
• Strong customer‑facing orientation
• Nice to have: administration, monitoring, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, Entra , Intune)
