Giotto.ai is a Switzerland-based AI company building portable intelligence systems for enterprises and governments across Switzerland and Europe.

As Business Development Manager, you will work directly with the founders to drive commercial growth. You’ll identify high-value opportunities, build relationships with enterprise and government stakeholders, and help define how Giotto.ai is positioned in the market. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity, working closely with technical teams, and engaging with senior decision-makers. This is a high-ownership role for someone excited about helping build a category-defining European AI company from an early stage.

What You’ll Do:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise and public-sector markets
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic customers and partners
  • Own outbound outreach and pipeline generation
  • Lead customer conversations from first contact through negotiation and closing
  • Work closely with founders and engineering teams to shape product positioning and commercial strategy
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into compelling customer value propositions
  • Represent Giotto.ai at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings
  • Help establish repeatable sales and partnership processes as the company scales
What We’re Looking For:
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, partnerships, or GTM roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable selling technically sophisticated products
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and execution speed
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Interest in AI, infrastructure, deep tech, or sovereign technology
  • Experience working with enterprise, regulated industries, or government customers is a strong plus
  • Fluency in English and German required, French would be a great plus
