Requirements Profile

Role/Task:

• Experience in client management in consulting projects
• Winning follow-up projects and identifying & winning new projects
• Leadership experience in IT consulting
• Project Management experience in ITSM projects

Technology/ITSM experience such as:

Service Now, BMC, Cherwell SW, Ivanti, HP, CA, Axios Sys, Easy Vista, IBM, Heat, LANDesk, Hornbil, Helpline, Omninet, Sun View or similar

Soft skills
