• Design and blueprint scalable Salesforce CRM architectures tailored to client needs and business goals.
• Lead platform selection, integration, and implementation initiatives from an architectural and guiding perspective.
• Analyse complex business and technical requirements and translate them into robust, future-proof Salesforce strategies.
• Advise clients on best practices related to scalability, security, governance, and data management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions.

• Passionate about driving digital transformation in the pharmaceutical or broader life sciences industry.
• Proven experience as a CRM Architect or in a comparable senior CRM leadership role, ideally with a focus on Salesforce.
• Deep technical expertise combined with strong business acumen and a talent for designing solutions that create real business value.
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Experience in dynamic, fast‑paced environments and a collaborative working style across interdisciplinary teams.
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential or other advanced Salesforce architecture certifications (preferred).
• Experience with GxP, regulatory compliance, and document or content management processes in Life Sciences environments.
• Certifications in leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP CRM.
• A background in consulting, project management, or business analysis within the Life Sciences industry.
