• Support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives, particularly in the area of regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver effective analytics solutions.
• Create, maintain, and update comprehensive documentation with a high level of diligence and accuracy.
• Assess, prioritize, and manage change requests raised by business units.
• Execute regular and ad-hoc analyses and reports to support compliance and business needs.
• Design, develop, validate, implement, and monitor analytical models to support compliance processes and control execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data-driven compliance and risk management frameworks.

• Strong banking industry experience, with focus on Compliance, Risk Management, and Legal domains.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably within a project-based environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Economics, or Banking & Finance.
• Strong database programming skills, particularly SQL.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Experience in project management or business analysis is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (primary business language); additional languages are considered a plus.
