Senior Manager - Capability Leader Data Security

Role Overview

This Senior Manager role leads Data Protection consulting within the Cyber Technology & Transformation team.

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Protection specialists.
• Drive strategic efforts to expand the client base and cultivate partnerships.
• Implement end-to-end data protection solutions, identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss and global regulatory requirements (FADP, GDPR, CPRA, PCI, ISO
  27001).
• Serve as a trusted advisor within the extended Cyber Security leadership team.
• Oversee Data Protection programs and manage partner relationships with Data Protection vendors.
• Coach and develop team members' career paths and contribute to the team's growth strategy.

• 10+ years of experience in Information Security, GRC, or related domains.
• Experience in consulting is considered advantageous.
• Technical expertise with Data Protection technologies (Microsoft, Broadcom, data masking, encryption, cloud‑based security, tokenization).
• Experience with Data Protection feasibility assessments, solution architectures, implementations, and operational program management.
• Knowledge of data protection principles, information life cycles and global regulatory requirements (EU, UK, US, APAC).
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Fluent in English;
  German and/or French a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Systems, IT, Cyber Security, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC are a plus.
