Senior Associate - Data Protection Engineer

Cybersecurity & Privacy - Management Level Senior Associate

Join our fast‑growing Cyber Technology and Transformation team to deliver end‑to‑end data protection solutions across the full cyber security journey, including technology assessments, solution implementation, strategy definition, and continuous optimization.

• Lead and deliver hands‑on implementation and configuration of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions, from initial setup through performance optimization.
• Assist in defining requirements, use cases, and strategy for data protection projects, including emerging areas such as AI, quantum, and architecture for Data Protection solutions.
• Work with cutting‑edge data security projects and collaborate with clients to secure and protect their most valuable data.

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end data protection projects: scoping, setup, policy design, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation tuning.
• 3+ years of hands‑on technical experience implementing, configuring, and operating DLP solutions such as Microsoft Purview DLP, Broadcom/Symantec DLP, or equivalent technologies.
• Strong technical understanding of data protection concepts, data classification, sensitive data handling, and endpoint/network/cloud DLP controls.
• Experience in a consulting or client‑facing delivery role is considered advantageous.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English;
  German and/or French are a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or another equivalent technical education.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Microsoft Security certifications are a plus.
