DescriptionAs an AI & Innovative Product Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and enforcing governance frameworks that ensure secure, compliant, and standardized adoption of emerging technologies. This role will oversee lifecycle management, risk controls, and operational standards for AI models, agents and blockchain platforms, enabling innovation while safeguarding compliance, security and transparency across all initiatives. THEPOSITION
- Define and maintain governance policies, standards and procedures for AI and blockchain.
- Accelerate AI‑driven innovation by shaping a clear long‑term vision, roadmap and strategy for AI‑related products and emerging technologies.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with business stakeholders, fostering cross‑organizational alignment and building internal and external ecosystems across AI products, vendors, research institutes, regulators and industry bodies.
- Develop a world‑class AI product strategy aligned with enterprise objectives, including product awareness, cross‑product roadmap coordination, goal setting and performance measurement.
- Define operating models and delivery capabilities to engineer, deliver, operate and plan releases for AI initiatives and products, ensuring scalable and seamless integration across the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security and regulatory requirements across all platforms, together with the data protection team.
- Oversee lifecycle management for AI models, AI agents, blockchain applications and products, including backlog prioritisation, delivery, release planning, deployment, updates, operations and retirement.
- Establish standardised frameworks for risk assessment and mitigation, identify product and emerging technology risks and propose appropriate treatment strategies.
- Monitor and report on governance KPIs, compliance status, AI product performance, budget utilisation and technology adoption metrics.
- Facilitate governance forums, decision‑making bodies and the engagement of IT and non‑IT capabilities involved throughout the AI products life‑cycle, including architecture, security, legal, procurement, branding and business teams.
- Lead AI training and governance, ensuring continuous business engagement and acceptance throughout the delivery life‑cycle.
- Collaborate with IT security, legal, procurement, architecture, branding and business units to understand requirements, propose innovative solutions and ensure a high‑quality user experience aligned with organisational objectives and regulatory obligations.
- Chair the AI Governance Board and support the definition and efficient management of product budgets while evolving responsible AI policies to address regulatory and ethical requirements such as data usage, model explainability, fairness and privacy.
- Cultivate organisation‑wide literacy, change management and transformation capabilities to support the adoption, governance and long‑term success of AI‑enabled products and emerging technologies.

- University degree or similar higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technology Product Manager.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technology governance.
- Strong understanding, experience and knowledge of AI technologies and blockchain platforms.
- Expertise in governance frameworks, risk management and compliance standards (e.g. GDPR, ISO, NIST, EU AI Act).
- Experience in defining policies and operational standards for emerging technologies.
- Ability to manage cross‑functional collaboration between technology, compliance and business teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with executives.
