Global Head of Digital Procurement & AI Transformation

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategy for digital/AI-enabled solutions within procurement and business functions
• Design and evolve portfolios, including commercial and delivery models for digital and transformation offerings
• Lead and develop a high-performing, internationally distributed team, ensuring quality delivery and capability growth
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on transformation initiatives
• Oversee the design and implementation of large-scale transformation programs, including operating model and process improvements
• Drive innovation and growth by identifying new opportunities, developing offerings, and contributing to revenue expansion
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align business, technology, and product development priorities
• Lead the development of thought leadership and best practices in digitalization, analytics, and AI-driven transformation

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, procurement, or transformation leadership roles
• Strong expertise in procurement strategy, operating models, and transformation programs
• Proven track record in leading teams, driving performance, and managing complex international projects
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executive-level audiences
• Experience in developing and scaling new services, offerings, or business areas
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link strategy to revenue and value creation
• Solid understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, and AI applications in business environments
• Fluency in English and German (additional languages are advantageous)
