User Experience Designer

Overview

Project focus :
Business analysis in a full-stack UX design, encompassing research, specification, and quality assurance of implementation. Start:
June 1, 2026, duration 12 months, 80% based in Zurich.

• Full-stack UX designer responsible for research, ideation, concept development, prototyping, and validation;
• Specification and quality assurance of implementation; sound knowledge of digital UX/UI design principles; ensures the quality of UX/UI in implementation; design and evaluation of flows and screens in collaboration with the business;
• Conceptualizes and designs journeys and features in our banking channels (web and mobile apps); ensures adherence to brand guidelines and the use of design and interaction patterns from the design system.
• Mobile app design experience is an advantage, banking expertise is an advantage, experience with Figma is also advantageous; knowledge of Confluence and Jira as well as various UX testing tools is also advantageous.

• Design methodologies across the entire UX process
• UX specialist, UX banking team for all projects within both banking channels, manages the various stakeholders and their specific needs, develops the necessary data foundations (research, tests, etc.) and can translate them into user flows and screens. Is familiar with the use of comprehensive design systems, can apply them and extend them where necessary
• Knowledge and experience in the design of mobile applications on Apple and Android, as well as their guidelines.
