You will define translational frameworks across immunology programmes, ensuring strong linkage between mechanistic biology and clinical outcomes.
Key responsibilities- Lead translational strategy in inflammatory disease programmes
- Develop biomarker strategies for autoimmune indications
- Integrate preclinical and clinical datasets
- Support clinical trial design and indication selection
- Drive mechanistic understanding of disease biology
- Experience in translational science within biotech or pharma
- Track record in biomarker development and clinical integration
- Experience supporting clinical-stage programmes
- Strong strategic and communication skills
