SCM Process Manager

SCM Process Manager – Contract Duration: 3 months (extension possible).

Start Date:

ASAP. Workload: 100%.

• Take ownership of smaller projects and change requests within a Supply Chain environment, ensuring end-to-end delivery from a business perspective in close collaboration with IT counterparts (e.g., SAP Level 2 Support, IT Product Management).
• Create, update, and maintain documentation at both technical and user level related to implemented changes.
• Support and drive change management activities, ensuring clear communication across all relevant stakeholders and providing regular reporting to management.
• Lead and support end-user training activities for own and related initiatives.
• Provide hypercare support after go-live, track incidents, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for Supply Chain-related topics, managing communication between business and IT stakeholders.

• Proven experience in project management within Supply Chain or IT environments.
• Solid SAP knowledge (minimum key user level).
• Experience in process design and improvement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (mandatory). German is a plus.
