Consultant – Management Consulting – Digital Transformation
Our KPMG Digital Transformation team supports organizations throughout their entire IT transformation journey – from developing future‑ready strategies and selecting the right technologies and partners to shaping modern IT organizations and implementing innovative Cloud, AI and digital solutions. We help our clients harness technology to drive innovation, enhance customer experiences and unlock new business opportunities in an increasingly digital world.
Location: Zurich
Start date: Fall / Winter 2026
Workload: Full time
- Advise clients on digital technology, IT and digital strategy, technology transformation and sourcing, AI, and process automation and digitalisation
- Define strategy concepts around IT strategies, digital transformation, IT governance and IT operating model
- Support project setup and execution
- Help create and extend KPMG solutions around digital transformation
- Support business development activities
- Participate in project‑related work in another Management Consulting Team (benefit)
- Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- First experience in technology transformation and/or digital technology in a comparable environment
- Strong interest and knowledge of digital trends and technologies, with a desire to learn and adapt to emerging tech
- Experience in project management (e.g., design of a new IT organisation) is a plus
- Teamwork, good project and client management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in German and English;
French is an advantage - Willingness to travel
