OptAI ensures businesses are visible in AI answers. Search has moved from links to direct answers, and we help companies get cited, trusted, and recommended by AI. We’re an early‑stage team of fewer than 10 people (founders + engineers + marketing) building fast in this new category.

We need a Product/Project Manager who won’t just manage tickets but will own the roadmap end‑to‑end—defining what we build based on market trends and driving execution to ship it. Ideally, you combine product thinking (strategy, customer insights, AI/SEO curiosity) with project discipline (sprints, scoping, unblocking engineers). You’ll work directly with founders, translate the fast‑moving AI landscape into clear features, and coordinate across the team without hand holding.

This is for someone who wants real ownership to build from the start all the way to market leadership. Based in Zürich, with the founders (remote now; office with flexibility in a few months).

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end, defining what we build based on market trends.
