Enterprise Information Lifecycle Management Expert Project Summary

We are looking for a senior, hands‑on expert to support an enterprise initiative focused on improving how information is managed across its lifecycle: from creation to retention, archiving, and deletion. The role will help define a practical, scalable, and compliant approach to data and document management, including operating model, governance, and architecture.

• Define an enterprise information lifecycle model (create, use, retain, archive, delete)
• Design the target operating model (governance, roles, ownership)
• Clarify content management versus archiving responsibilities
• Establish high-level architecture principles for:
  • Application retirement and archiving
  • Document and file management
  • Structured and unstructured data
• Provide hands‑on, pragmatic guidance
• Support RFP preparation (requirements and evaluation approach)

• 10+ years in enterprise archiving, application retirement, data retention, and records management
• Proven experience delivering legacy system decommissioning and archiving platform implementations
• Strong understanding of information lifecycle management and structured/unstructured data
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP) preferred
• Strong stakeholder management across IT, business, and compliance
• Ability to focus on simple, practical, and scalable solutions
