Documentation Engineer; IT Systems

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to support the creation, structuring, and quality assurance of technical project documentation in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex technical information into clear, structured, and reliable documentation.

• Create, maintain, and ensure quality of technical and operational documentation
• Structure, standardize, and improve documentation templates and processes
• Manage documentation tools and documentation-as-code workflows
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to translate complex content clearly
• Support projects through meeting coordination, reporting, and documentation tasks

• Background in technical writing, IT, business administration, or related firled
• Experience with technical documentation for complex systems
• Familiarity with documentation tools and documentation-as-code approaches
• Strong structuring, writing, and quality assurance skills
• Fluent in German;
  English and/or French is a plus
