ROCKEN AG in Zürich sucht einen ICT Supporter (m/w/d), der Mitarbeitende und Lehrpersonen im Umgang mit ICT-Systemen unterstützt. In dieser Rolle sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle bei technischen Fragen und koordinieren Aufgaben mit externen Fachpartnern.
Wesentliche Aufgaben sind die Einrichtung von Windows- und Apple-Geräten sowie die Analyse technischer Probleme. Voraussetzungen sind eine abgeschlossene ICT-Ausbildung und erste Erfahrungen im Supportbereich.
