Who you areWe're looking for a detail-oriented, organized person to support our Key Account Management team, keeping daily requests on track, upholding quality, and documenting processes clearly. You'll work closely with Operations, IT, Product, and other teams to get things done. It's a great fit if you're early in your career and want broad exposure to how a fast-growing fintech really runs.
Your tasks & responsibilities- You’ll be a go-to support for the Key Account Management team, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
- You’ll carry out quality checks on workflows, setups, and requests, and team up with Operations to resolve internal and external queries, from secondary transactions and payments to corporate actions and paying agent accounts.
- You’ll support client invoicing and help keep client due diligence (Know Your Customer) up to date.
- You’ll help clients get set up with read-only access to paying agent accounts.
- You’ll document new processes clearly and join stakeholder meetings to help keep everyone aligned.
- You’ll work hand in hand with IT and product teams to spot and resolve issues in our client-facing services.
- You are pursuing or have recently completed studies in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in the finance industry.
- You bring experience in client-facing roles (an asset, not a must).
- You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to take on growing responsibility.
- You communicate excellently in English (German or other languages a plus).
- A hands-on role at the heart of a fast-growing Swiss fintech with global ambitions, where you’ll see how the business really runs.
- Broad exposure to securitization, structured products, and the full client lifecycle across a range of asset classes.
- Close collaboration with experienced colleagues across Operations, IT, and Product, and plenty of room to learn.
