Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs des IT-Service Desks, die Bearbeitung von Störungen und Serviceanfragen sowie die Unterstützung des Datenzentrums.
Eine abgeschlossene Informatik-Ausbildung (EFZ) sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Die Position bietet die Möglichkeit, aktiv zur Verbesserung der Supportprozesse beizutragen.
