Senior Delivery Manager - Insurance Domain

Location: Zürich

We're looking for a Senior Delivery Manager – Insurance Domain to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland in a hybrid working  this role, you will drive end-to-end delivery of client projects while closely collaborating with Account Managers and Business Development teams. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring successful project execution, and aligning delivery strategies with EPAM’s organizational goals.

This position offers the opportunity to combine engineering expertise with leadership across a variety of initiatives in the Insurance domain.

Responsibilities Ensure successful end-to-end client delivery from project initiation through the full lifecycle in line with EPAM processes

Manage client relationships and expectations, represent delivery at project, program and governance levels

Address client issues, identify and manage engagement risks and ensure client responsibilities are executed

Coordinate preparation of proposals and statements of work Oversee multiple streams of activity and coordinate technical and business groups across SDLC stages

Take accountability for delivery across financial, sourcing, implementation and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with delivery partners, technology consultants, account managers and architects

Work with multi-disciplinary teams to define estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives

Participate in business development activities for existing and prospective clients to identify opportunities and drive account growth

Represent delivery in sales and presales activities up to contracting and beyond, contributing to business development in the Insurance domain

Requirements5–10 years of experience in consulting or outsourcing in Account/Delivery/Project Management roles

Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Insurance domain

Proven record of delivering complex IT projects and managing client stakeholders at all levels

Strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies, hands-on experience with agile delivery practices

Familiarity with engagement models such as T&M, Fixed Price and Fixed Terms Solid understanding of Software Architecture principles and IT Service Management best practices

Excellent stakeholder management and organizational leadership skills

Ability to establish productive client relationships and work effectively in a distributed team environment

Fluent English and strong German or French language skills
