- Abgeschlossene Informatik-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
- Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Microsoft 365/Azure, Virtualisierung, Firewalls, Backup und Netzwerk
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Betreuung von Kundenprojekten, Support und IT-Systemen vor Ort oder in der Cloud
- Beratung zu Technologien, Angebotserstellung, Ticket- und Change-Management
- Umsetzung von IT-Projekten und Ausbau von Server-, Storage- und Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen
- Management über Cloud Business Plattform, Sicherstellung professioneller Kundenbetreuung
