Project Manager – Supply Chain Digitalisation & Planning

For our client, we are looking for a motivated and committed professional to join as a Junior Project Manager (a) – Supply Chain Digitalization & Transformation on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

In this role, you will support a strategic transformation program and work closely with Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Digital Transformation teams, and operational stakeholders. You will contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalization of business processes while helping shape the implementation of modern technologies and AI-driven solutions in a dynamic environment.

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to Supply Chain and Digitalization.
• Contribute to the implementation of a new Target Operating Model and other transformation and optimization initiatives.
• Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, and operational business teams.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and support the development of new processes and solutions.
• Assist in the optimization and enhancement of SAP processes, particularly within the MM (Materials Management) module.
• Prepare presentations, project documentation, decision-making materials, and status/progress reports.
• Support the implementation of new processes, standards, and digital solutions.
• Foster collaboration between project teams and end users across different business functions.
• Participate in the evaluation and application of modern technologies and AI-enabled tools within the supply chain environment.

• Degree or further education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Initial practical experience in Project Management, PMO, Process Management, or Transformation/Digitalization projects.
• Strong interest in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Digital Transformation.
• Solid SAP knowledge, ideally with experience in the MM (Materials Management) module.
• Affinity for modern technologies and a strong interest in AI-based solutions and their business applications.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
• High level of initiative, willingness to learn, and motivation to take ownership.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic project environment.
• Fluent German and English skills;
  French is considered an advantage.
