Manager​/Senior Manager Cyber Technology and Transformation

You will be part of our international, dynamic Cybersecurity team and help clients respond to cyber‑attacks, recover from such incidents, assess security vulnerabilities, develop threat models, define and implement security strategies or transform a customer's secure software development practices in an agile environment. You act as engagement manager for cybersecurity related projects (e.g., Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, Security Architecture, Security Monitoring, IAM, Security Change Management, etc.)

and become the trusted advisor of your clients. You will simultaneously work on multiple client engagements of varying size, scope and complexity; as such you will be responsible for all aspects of client engagements from scope definition to execution. You advise our clients on how they can improve their cybersecurity maturity and support them on their strategic cybersecurity roadmap and you are in charge for business development.

You work together within a team of experts and a global network where you are curious about new opportunities, build and drive your own cyber capability as well as develop new services. You work in a supportive, friendly and flexible work environment and act as a role model, supervise your team and support their career development.

• Act as engagement manager for cybersecurity related projects
• Manage multiple client engagements of varying size, scope, and complexity, from scope definition to execution
• Advise clients on cybersecurity maturity improvement and strategic cybersecurity roadmap
• Lead business development activities
• Collaborate in a global team, build and drive cyber capability, develop new services

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in cyber security and privacy (8+ for Senior Manager)
• Experience in a consulting environment or security department
• Deep technical understanding and hands‑on experience in Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, Security Architecture, Security Monitoring, IAM, Security Change Management
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of management and staff
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SSCP are a plus
• Fluent in German and English;
  French is a plus
