Responsibilities
- Assurance of operation of system management infrastructure
- Providing on duty service, SPOC function
- Implementation of minor and major releases
- Perform Infrastructure Lifecycle activities
- Third‑level support of the job scheduling platform AWA
- Documentation of operation know‑how
- Optimizing and automating operation processes
- Technical lead of small IT projects
- Job scheduling know‑how in medium to large enterprise environments
- High expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems and Oracle database
- Scripting skills in Shell, Windows Scripting, UC4 script, etc.
- Multi‑year experience as senior AWA / UC4 administrator
- Engineering mindset
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Fluent in German and English
