We're looking for a hands-on System, Infrastructure and Operations Engineer to keep our people, office, and systems running smoothly. There are growth opportunities into cloud systems, security and Dev Ops as we scale. You'll be the person who makes sure everything technical just works.

This is a broad, high-trust role: one day you're setting up a new hire's laptop and fixing a meeting room, the next you're tightening up our AWS access policies or scripting away a recurring annoyance. It's a great fit for someone who likes variety, takes pride in things running reliably, and wants to grow their cloud, infrastructure, and security skills in a place where there's real room to do so.

• Own the endpoint lifecycle: set up, configure, and manage our laptops (imaging, MDM), and support colleagues across macOS (and Linux/Windows where needed).

• Keep the office running: own our network (WiFi, switching, firewall/VPN) and continuously improve our meeting-room and A/V setups.

• Manage identity and access: provisioning and deprovisioning, SSO/IdP user lifecycle, and keeping permissions clean and tidy.

• Run smooth onboarding and offboarding across our SaaS stack.

• Help with day-to-day operations: vendor and SaaS administration, procurement, corporate cards.

• Grow into infrastructure and platform work over time: AWS company-wide settings, server and monitoring administration (e.g. Grafana, Linux/GPU servers), security improvements, and Dev Ops automation.

• Spot the things that should be automated — and automate them.

• Solid hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting endpoints (laptops, MDM) and supporting non-technical colleagues with patience and clarity.

• Working knowledge of office networking fundamentals (WiFi, switching, firewall/VPN) and the ability to diagnose connectivity issues methodically.

• Experience with identity and access management: user provisioning, SSO/IdP, group and permission management.

• A service mindset: clear communicator who documents solutions and owns problems end-to-end.

• Genuine interest in improving IT processes through automation.

• The motivation to grow into cloud, security, and Dev Ops topics — even where you're not strong yet today.

• Familiarity with AWS and Google Workspace administration (IAM, account-level config, SSO).

• Security knowledge: endpoint hardening, MFA, basic compliance hygiene.

• Experience with server and infrastructure administration:
  Linux (incl. GPU servers), monitoring stacks like Grafana.

• Scripting and automation skills (bash, Python) and curiosity about Dev Ops and CI/CD.

• Familiarity with compliance processes (ISO
  27001, SOC2)

• Prior startup experience.

We work from our office in the center of Zürich. You will be here at least three days a week, because the hardest problems get solved in person.
