with experience in CX design and management, UCD and design thinking

• Evaluate and optimize software, products or processes of all kinds.
• Plan test settings, perform tests, evaluate and interpret results and create concrete proposals for solutions (also visualized).
• Conduct requirements analyses, interviews, surveys and analysis of potential and derive requirements from the user's perspective.
• Boldly select and apply methods, thoroughly evaluate data and interpret them in a targeted manner.
• Edit and optimize communication elements such website text, brochures, manuals, etc.
• Simplify complicated things.

You are confident in dealing with customers, independently organize and conduct workshops, and are able to respond to customers spontaneously and with a lot of empathy and collaborate with them to develop solutions.

• University degree in psychology (master's or doctorate) or equivalent qualification.
• Profound methodological understanding of the user-centered design process.
• Very strong command of German and English (oral and written). Knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Several years of experience in usability and user experience, ideally on the agency side as well as with a (larger) company.
• Plenty of common sense, logical and systematic thinking.
• Flair for design and experience in using design and prototyping tools.
