Data Analyst, Data Specialist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for structuring, transforming, and analyzing data.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Work in a Databricks environment to process and analyze large datasets.
• Perform advanced data analyses to identify trends and patterns.
• Support business units by translating requirements into data models and reports.
• Prepare, clean, and transform data to ensure data quality.
• Develop and maintain reporting and visualization solutions.
• Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders.
• Document data processes, transformations, and results.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and analytical approaches.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data processing and analysis.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and data integration.
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of complex data structures.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Structured and independent working style with high attention to detail.
• Team player with experience working in interdisciplinary teams.
