Location: Zürich
- You are responsible for the stable operation, security, and development of the SAP system landscape at the Basis level.
- You are the technical constant in the background — nothing runs without you, and the company knows it.
- As the central interface between SAP application teams, IT infrastructure, and external partners, you ensure the platform remains performant, secure and future‑proof.
- Responsible for the stable operation of the SAP system landscape including S/4
HANA, Solution Manager, and adjacent systems. - System administration: installations, upgrades, patches, Transport Management System (TMS), client administration.
- Performance monitoring, root‑cause analysis and troubleshooting at the system level.
- Management of user and role concepts including SAP authorization management.
- Ensuring system security, auditability and compliance requirements.
- Implementation of SAP security notes and patch management.
- Participation in S/4
HANA migrations, system consolidations or cloud transitions (SAP BTP, RISE with SAP).
- Several years of experience in SAP Basis administration — ideally already in an S/4
HANA environment. - Solid knowledge in SAP system administration (ABAP stack), transport management, user administration and performance analysis.
- Experience with SAP HANA database administration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating system environments and basic network and storage infrastructure.
- Experience with SAP BTP or RISE with SAP is a plus — but not required.
- Structured, resilient working style — able to maintain composure and overview in critical situations.
- Strong communication skills at eye level — with application teams as well as IT infrastructure and external partners.
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
- Authorization to work in Switzerland.
