As part of ourhigh-performing Technology Strategy & Transformation Team, you will deliver exceptional client service — consulting clients ontechnology strategies,providing advice on howtechnology enablement, digital transformation and enterprise intelligencewill enable their business strategies. You will work with clients on their strategic technology solutions, and support clients transforming IT organizations, operating models and capabilities.

You will be able to develop your leadership, consultancy and technology skills. Working on the most challenging projects, engaging with CIO / CDO / CTO and other CXO-level executives, across borders and sectors.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams to realise clients’ strategy, process, people and technology transformations, with accountability for quality, client impact and commercial outcomes.
• Lead transformational technology consulting engagements:
  • Technology Strategy & Assessment
  • Digital, AI and technology-enabled business transformation
  • Transformational Technology Program Management
  • Design and improvement of IT Operating Models (people, process, tools and governance)
  • Technology Sourcing and vendor strategy
  • Cloud, infrastructure and IT service management transformation
  • Service Now and Microsoft technologies advisory
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and complex work streams, providing direction, coaching and quality assurance to managers and consultants.
• Take end-to-end ownership of high-quality work products for clients and other related parties in a timely manner.
• Maintain full accountability for project financials, risk management, compliance topics and delivery performance.
• Anticipate, identify and manage risks within engagements, escalating issues and shaping mitigation actions with senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with senior clients’ personnel, including CIO / CDO / CTO and other CXO-level executives.
• Build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting and with other service lines across the organisation to bring the best of EY to clients.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the Technology Strategy & Transformation practice, including offerings, methodologies and thought leadership.
• Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, mentoring, developing and retaining consulting professionals.

What we look for

• Master’s degree from a reputable University with excellent academic records.
• Must have: 10–15+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years in Big4 consultancies, Strategy Houses or similar departments within industry organisations or niche consultancies, with significant exposure to technology transformation leadership roles.
• Must have:
  Demonstrated ability to originate, shape and close multi-million CHF consulting engagements, while building and managing a strong sales pipeline.
• Proven track record leading complex, high-value pursuits and competitive bids, mobilising cross-functional EY teams to win strategic transformation programmes around core Technology Strategy & Transformation topics.
• Deep understanding of Technology Strategy and Transformation disciplines including IT Strategy, Operating Model, Infrastructure and Cloud Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Technology Sourcing and IT service management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications and technology ecosystems such as Service Now, Microsoft (Office 365, Dynamics, Azure, Power Platform etc.), AWS, Google Cloud, SAP, Oracle, Veeva, Salesforce, etc..
